Delayed Flight Compensation

If your flight was delayed, you may be entitled to compensation for extra costs such as meals, hotel stays, or additional travel expenses. In some cases, you can also be compensated for the time lost, especially if your delay lasted several hours.

By activating TravelCare at least 24 hours before your flight, you won’t pay any fees or commissions when submitting your claim through Skycop in the event of a flight disruption.

What are the Regulations on Flight Delay Compensation?

The EU Air Passenger Rights Regulation applies to all flights departing from EU airports or arriving at EU airports with EU-registered airlines. Post-Brexit, the same legislation was copied into British law as UK 261, so passengers in the UK can still claim compensation under the same rules.

These are the regulations Skycop uses to file claims on your behalf. Get familiar with the key terms of the legislation before your flight to know your rights in case of a delay.

Compensation for a delayed flight is as follows
