BRB actively tracks your baggage with the airline, and if it’s not returned within 96 hours, you receive coverage from €1,000 per passenger — regardless of the airline’s decision.
When you purchase Travel Care and provide your flight details (PNR, passenger names, travel dates), these are automatically sent to BRB.
BRB issues a Service Contract and sends it to you by email. This includes:
