Sipas Marr\u00ebveshjes, Klienti i kalon Skycop-it pron\u00ebsin\u00eb e plot\u00eb dhe titullin ligjor p\u00ebr \u00e7do k\u00ebrkes\u00eb monetare n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Rregulloren (KE) Nr. 261\/2004 t\u00eb Parlamentit Evropian dhe t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb 11 shkurtit 2004 (q\u00eb vendos rregulla t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta mbi kompensimin dhe ndihm\u00ebn p\u00ebr pasagjer\u00ebt n\u00eb rast t\u00eb mohimit t\u00eb hipjes n\u00eb bord, anulimit ose vones\u00ebs s\u00eb gjat\u00eb t\u00eb fluturimeve, dhe shfuqizimin e Rregullores (KEE) Nr. 295\/91) ose sipas \u00e7do rregulloreje tjet\u00ebr nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ose komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb zbatueshme (p.sh., UK261, SHY Passenger n\u00eb Turqi, ANAC n\u00eb Brazil, ose ekuivalente), duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shumat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, taksat dhe shumat e tjera kur pasagjer\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb fluturojn\u00eb ose fluturimi i tyre nd\u00ebrpritet, dhe \u00e7do kompensim monetar p\u00ebr bagazhin e humbur, t\u00eb vonuar ose t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar (&#8221; Cedimi &#8220;).<br>Vet\u00ebm kur marr\u00ebveshja (formulari) e Cedimit nuk mund t\u00eb konsiderohet e vlefshme n\u00eb juridiksionin (vendin) e caktuar ose kur pal\u00ebt bien dakord p\u00ebr ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, Marr\u00ebveshja e lidhur midis Klientit dhe Skycop do t\u00eb konsiderohet si nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs Skycop administron Cedimin e Klientit dhe merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb dhe financoj\u00eb mbledhjen e Cedimit dhe t\u00eb ekzekutoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e tjera n\u00eb lidhje me Marr\u00ebveshjen.<br>P\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb zbatimin dhe interpretimin e Termave dhe Kushteve, p\u00ebrkufizimi i Marr\u00ebveshjes kombinon marr\u00ebveshjen e caktimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit dhe marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve, dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia juridike e caktimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit dhe ofrimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve quhen sh\u00ebrbime, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse p\u00ebrcaktohet qart\u00eb ndryshe.<br>   <\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">K\u00ebrkes\u00eb : \u00c7do k\u00ebrkes\u00eb kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb transportuesi operues fluturimi (linj\u00eb ajrore) p\u00ebr kompensim monetar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Rregulloren e Kompensimit t\u00eb Fluturimit.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Klienti : Nj\u00eb person q\u00eb ka bler\u00eb An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb TravelCare, ka pranuar k\u00ebto Kushte dhe Afate dhe k\u00ebrkon Kompensim Fluturimi ose p\u00ebrfitime t\u00eb tjera.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Rregullorja p\u00ebr Identifikimin Elektronik : Rregullorja (BE) Nr. 910\/2014 e Parlamentit Evropian dhe e K\u00ebshillit, e 23 korrikut 2014, mbi identifikimin elektronik dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e besimit p\u00ebr transaksionet elektronike n\u00eb tregun e brendsh\u00ebm dhe q\u00eb shfuqizon Direktiv\u00ebn 1999\/93\/KE.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Kompensimi i Fluturimit : Shuma totale e paguar nga nj\u00eb transportues fluturimi q\u00eb operon n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00eb K\u00ebrkes\u00eb si kompensim, zgjidhje ose gjest vullneti t\u00eb mir\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shpenzimet shtes\u00eb t\u00eb kompensuara sipas gjykimit t\u00eb transportuesit pasi Klienti t\u00eb ket\u00eb pranuar k\u00ebto Kushte dhe Afate. An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb TravelCare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i transferuesh\u00ebm. Njoftoni Skycop n\u00eb <a href=\"mailto:support@skycop.com\">support@skycop.com<\/a> p\u00ebr \u00e7do p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb paautorizuar. <\/p><p>2.10. \u00c7mimet nuk rimbursohen n\u00ebse nuk ka nd\u00ebrprerje, sh\u00ebrbimet nuk p\u00ebrdoren ose kompensimi nuk merret.<br><\/p><p>2.11. An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb TravelCare skadon pas 12 muajsh nga fluturimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb bler\u00eb An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb Skycop Care.<br> <\/p><p>2.12. Pas anulimit ose skadimit, Skycop nuk heq m\u00eb dor\u00eb nga shp\u00ebrblimi dhe qasja n\u00eb SmartDelay do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrpritet.<\/p><p>2.13. Skycop rezervon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb refuzuar an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb TravelCare.<\/p><p>2.14. Skycop vler\u00ebson K\u00ebrkesat e paraqitura n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Platform\u00ebs Skycop dhe vendos n\u00ebse do t&#8217;i pranoj\u00eb apo do t&#8217;i refuzoj\u00eb ato bazuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebri, megjithat\u00eb, rezultati i nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfshin ndonj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb detyruese dhe nuk garanton zbatimin me sukses t\u00eb K\u00ebrkes\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb njoftim i till\u00eb i Klientit do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb mbledhja e Kompensimit t\u00eb Fluturimit ka mbaruar dhe pron\u00ebsia e plot\u00eb dhe titulli ligjor i Caktimit i kthehen automatikisht Klientit pa p\u00ebrfundimin e marr\u00ebveshjeve shtes\u00eb. P\u00ebr SmartDelay, e drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar p\u00ebrcaktohet nga Collinson Service Solutions Limited n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me<a href=\"http:\/\/travelwithcare.io\/sq\/kushtet-dhe-rregullat-e-smartdelay\/\"> SmartDelayTerms and Conditions<\/a> .   <\/p><p>3.5. N\u00ebse K\u00ebrkesa pranohet, Skycop e ndjek at\u00eb jasht\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs ose n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Procedurave Ligjore (sipas gjykimit t\u00eb Skycop), duke mbuluar t\u00eb gjitha shpenzimet. Klienti pranon se trajtimi i K\u00ebrkes\u00ebs mund t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm dhe se Skycop nuk mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e ngritjes s\u00eb K\u00ebrkes\u00ebs. Skycop ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vetme p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar dhe\/ose refuzuar \u00e7do ofert\u00eb zgjidhjeje n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn me transportuesin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs q\u00eb operon fluturimin. Marr\u00ebveshja konsiderohet si baz\u00eb e mjaftueshme ligjore q\u00eb nj\u00eb gjykim i till\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb efektiv.<br>   <\/p><p>3.6. Gjat\u00eb Procedurave Ligjore, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit ligjor t\u00eb Skycop do t&#8217;i jepet akses n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e ofruara nga Klienti te Skycop p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur K\u00ebrkes\u00ebn. N\u00ebse pal\u00ebt e treta k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb dokument shtes\u00eb q\u00eb v\u00ebrteton kompetencat e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit ligjor, Klienti, me udh\u00ebzimin e Skycop , duhet t&#8217;i siguroj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit ligjor ndonj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto dokumente. N\u00ebse, p\u00ebr rikuperimin me sukses t\u00eb Kompensimit t\u00eb Fluturimit, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme q\u00eb K\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb paraqitet nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi ligjor (p.sh. avokat) n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Klientit, Klienti do t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruaj\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesin ligjor, dhe k\u00ebrkesa monetare e Klientit do t&#8217;i caktohet p\u00ebrs\u00ebri Klientit q\u00eb nga momenti i lidhjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesin ligjor. N\u00eb nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb till\u00eb, Klienti dhe Skycop do t\u00eb zgjidhin \u00e7\u00ebshtjen midis nj\u00ebri-tjetrit sipas termave dhe kushteve t\u00eb specifikuara n\u00eb k\u00ebto Terma dhe Kushte. dhe ( ose ) t\u00eb tjera marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebrfundoi nga dhe midis i\/e\/t\u00eb Klient dhe Skycop .<br>   <\/p><p>3.7. Skycop do t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm Kompensimin e Fluturimit dhe nuk pranohen kupon\u00eb udh\u00ebtimi dhe\/ose sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ofrohen nga transportuesi operativ i fluturimit. Skycop i paguan Klientit Kompensimin e Fluturimit t\u00eb rikuperuar pas rikuperimit. <\/p><p>3.8. Klienti konfirmon dhe deklaron se Kushtet dhe Rregullat jan\u00eb nj\u00eb prov\u00eb dhe shprehje e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb e vullnetit t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe duhet t\u00eb respektohen nga transportuesit operues t\u00eb fluturimit. Klienti merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t&#8217;i ofroj\u00eb Skycop-it t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat dhe dokumentet q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpunimin e K\u00ebrkes\u00ebs. Klienti garanton se t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat dhe informacionet e dh\u00ebna nga Klienti te Skycop n\u00eb lidhje me K\u00ebrkes\u00ebn jan\u00eb t\u00eb sakta, t\u00eb plota, t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta dhe jo mashtruese. Klienti do ta mbaj\u00eb Skycop-in t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7do pretendim q\u00eb ka lindur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb informacionit t\u00eb pasakt\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga Klienti dhe\/ose munges\u00ebs s\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit ose bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm nga Klienti.  <\/p><p>4.2. Duke lidhur nj\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshje, Klienti konfirmon se ai\/ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb i\/e autorizuar\/a dhe ka zot\u00ebsi ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar dokumente q\u00eb detyrojn\u00eb si Skycop-in ashtu edhe Klientin ose, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e aplikueshme, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruaj\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb personi tjet\u00ebr (p.sh., nj\u00eb f\u00ebmije).<br><\/p><p>4.3. Klienti garanton se Caktimi i Kompensimit t\u00eb Fluturimit nuk u \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar pal\u00ebve t\u00eb treta dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhur asnj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb lidhje me Kompensimin, dhe nuk ka asnj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje ligjore n\u00eb pritje ose t\u00eb pritur midis Klientit dhe transportuesit operativ t\u00eb fluturimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Klienti kupton se duke b\u00ebr\u00eb Caktimin, ai\/ajo nuk mund t\u00eb lidh\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dhe\/ose ndonj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb ngjashme, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kompanit\u00eb q\u00eb konkurrojn\u00eb me Skycop , t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin veprime ligjore n\u00eb lidhje me mbledhjen e Kompensimit t\u00eb Fluturimit.<br> <\/p><p>4.4. P\u00ebr aksesin n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e SmartDelay, klienti duhet t\u00eb jap\u00eb detaje t\u00eb sakta t\u00eb fluturimit t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 2 or\u00eb para nisjes s\u00eb planifikuar, si\u00e7 k\u00ebrkohet nga Collinson Service Solutions Limited, dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat<a href=\"http:\/\/travelwithcare.io\/sq\/kushtet-dhe-rregullat-e-smartdelay\/\"> e Termave dhe Kushteve t\u00eb SmartDelay.<\/a><\/p><p>4.5. N\u00ebse Klienti merr ndonj\u00eb pages\u00eb ose ndonj\u00eb lloj tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Kompensimit t\u00eb Fluturimit, p.sh. kupon fluturimi, nga transportuesi operativ i fluturimit pas angazhimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Skycop , Klienti \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb informoj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb Skycop-in .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5244dba fitst-box elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5244dba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"rap\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Shp\u00ebrblimet dhe pagesat<br><\/h3><p>5.1. Me kusht q\u00eb K\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb jet\u00eb e suksesshme dhe t\u00eb merret Kompensimi i Fluturimit, shuma e plot\u00eb e Kompensimit t\u00eb Fluturimit i paguhet Klientit.<br> <\/p><p>5.2. N\u00ebse Klienti ofron n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mashtruese t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb pasakta ose t\u00eb paplota dhe Skycop-it i shkaktohen kosto shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, Klienti duhet t&#8217;ia rimbursoj\u00eb k\u00ebto kosto Skycop-it .<\/p><p>5.3. N\u00ebse Klienti ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb informacion t\u00eb gabuar ose t\u00eb pamjaftuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar Kompensimin e Fluturimit dhe ai i kthehet Skycop-it , Skycop ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb zbres\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kostot shtes\u00eb t\u00eb shkaktuara nga Skycop . N\u00ebse Klienti ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb informacion t\u00eb gabuar ose t\u00eb pamjaftuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar Kompensimin e Fluturimit dhe (ose) ai i kthehet Skycop-it, dhe Klienti, pas kujtesave dhe p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb arsyeshme nga Skycop p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontaktuar Klientin me an\u00eb t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb ofruara nga Klienti p\u00ebr Skycop, nuk ndryshon ose nuk ofron informacionin e nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar Kompensimin e Fluturimit, Skycop ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb Kompensimin e Fluturimit q\u00eb p\u00ebrndryshe duhet t&#8217;i ishte paguar Klientit .<br> <\/p><p>5.4. P\u00ebr llogarit\u00eb n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn e Vetme t\u00eb Pagesave n\u00eb Euro (SEPA), t\u00eb gjitha pagesat do t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen n\u00eb llogari n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet transferit bankar. Kur b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb transfert\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr Klientin, t\u00eb gjitha tarifat bankare zbriten nga Kompensimi i Fluturimit.<br> <\/p><p>5.5. P\u00ebr t\u00eb kursyer kostot bankare, n\u00eb rast t\u00eb rezervimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt ose n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tjera (p.sh., prind\u00ebrit paguhen p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt), Skycop do t\u00eb transferoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha pagesat n\u00eb nj\u00eb llogari t\u00eb vetme n\u00ebse Klienti e lejon Skycop ta b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ose n\u00ebse specifikohet nj\u00eb llogari gjat\u00eb paraqitjes s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb Skycop . Nj\u00eb person q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb para p\u00ebr persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb me ta dhe, n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb till\u00eb, Skycop nuk merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr rrezikun e mospages\u00ebs. <\/p><p>5.6. Skycop nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb \u00e7ek, kart\u00eb debiti t\u00eb parapaguar, kart\u00eb krediti dhe mjete t\u00eb ngjashme q\u00eb humben nga Klienti, si dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7do pasoj\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb informacionit t\u00eb gabuar t\u00eb llogaris\u00eb bankare nga Klienti.<\/p><p>5.7. Kur \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyrueshme, Skycop do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb nj\u00eb fatur\u00eb elektronike ose nj\u00eb dokument tjet\u00ebr n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet email-it.<br><\/p><p>5.8. Skycop nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb mospages\u00eb t\u00eb Kompensimit t\u00eb Fluturimit t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrethanave q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrtej kontrollit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, por pa u kufizuar n\u00eb grev\u00eb, bllokim, mosmarr\u00ebveshje pune, akt t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, luft\u00eb, trazir\u00eb, pajtueshm\u00ebri me nj\u00eb ligj ose urdh\u00ebr qeveritar, rregull, rregullore etj.<br><\/p><p>5.9. Skycop nuk do t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb Kompensim Fluturimi dhe (ose) ndonj\u00eb pages\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs, agjenci, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues dhe (ose) pal\u00eb t\u00eb treta t\u00eb cilat, s\u00eb bashku me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr pages\u00ebn e Kompensimit t\u00eb Fluturimit nuk ofrojn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb prov\u00eb specifike me shkrim q\u00eb konfirmon qart\u00eb dhe pa m\u00ebdyshje autoritetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar pagesa n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesit p\u00ebrfundimtar. N\u00eb rast dyshimi n\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pagesa, Skycop ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb prova shtes\u00eb q\u00eb konfirmojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar pagesa n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesve p\u00ebrfundimtar\u00eb dhe (ose) refuzojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb Kompensimin e Fluturimit direkt tek nj\u00eb person i till\u00eb.<br>  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f21bf4b fitst-box elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f21bf4b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"ter\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>P\u00ebrfundimi<\/h3><p>6.1. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, Klientit do t&#8217;i rimbursohet pjesa e tarif\u00ebs s\u00eb paguar p\u00ebr An\u00ebtar\u00ebsim, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtim me periudh\u00ebn e mbetur deri n\u00eb skadimin e An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit, pasi t\u00eb zbriten humbjet e arsyeshme t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta t\u00eb p\u00ebsuara nga Skycop p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosrespektimit t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes.<br> <\/p><p>6.2. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt q\u00eb konsiderohen konsumator\u00eb sipas ligjeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr konsumatorin dhe q\u00eb e kan\u00eb bler\u00eb An\u00ebtar\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre nga distanca mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqen nga An\u00ebtar\u00ebsia e tyre brenda 14 dit\u00ebve nga data e blerjes pa dh\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb arsye. Ndryshimet e Kushteve dhe Afateve q\u00eb zbatohen p\u00ebr Klientin do t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi jo m\u00eb her\u00ebt se 7 dit\u00eb kalendarike pasi Klienti t\u00eb jet\u00eb informuar si\u00e7 duhet p\u00ebr ndryshimet n\u00eb Kushte dhe Afate. N\u00ebse Klienti nuk pajtohet me ndryshimet n\u00eb Kushte dhe Afate, ai ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrpres\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn duke informuar Skycop me email brenda periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb specifikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb klauzol\u00eb.<br> <\/p><p>7.4. Ligjet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Lituanis\u00eb zbatohen p\u00ebr Kushtet dhe Afatet, Marr\u00ebveshjen dhe\/ose \u00e7do dokument tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb lidhje me Kushtet dhe Afatet dhe Marr\u00ebveshjen, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord ndryshe n\u00eb dokumentin specifik. Sh\u00ebrbimi SmartDelay rregullohet nga ligji anglez, si\u00e7 detajohet n\u00eb Kushtet dhe Afatet e <a href=\"http:\/\/travelwithcare.io\/sq\/kushtet-dhe-rregullat-e-smartdelay\/\">e Kushteve dhe Afateve t\u00eb SmartDelay<\/a> . Klienti (konsumatori) ka gjithashtu t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb mbrojtje sipas dispozitave t\u00eb detyrueshme t\u00eb parashikuara nga ligjet e vendit ku banon Klienti (konsumatori).  <\/p><p>7.5. Skycop do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat personale t\u00eb Klientit dhe, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e aplikueshme, t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij ekskluzivisht p\u00ebr zbatimin e K\u00ebrkes\u00ebs. \u00c7do informacion n\u00eb lidhje me shkall\u00ebn dhe form\u00ebn e mbledhjes, ruajtjes dhe p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale mund t\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb faqen e internetit t\u00eb Skycop. <a href=\"http:\/\/travelwithcare.io\/sq\/kushtet-dhe-rregullat-e-smartdelay\/\">Politika e Privat\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Skycop<\/a> <\/p><p>7.6.
